- When a deposit is received we will confirm your booking in writing with details of your reservation. We advise you to take out holiday insurance as once the booking has been confirmed you are responsible for the full hire terms even if you are unable to take your holiday as planned.
- (a) The tenant is responsible for any damage made to the property or to its contents.
(b) The owners accept no liability for death or injury caused during letting except to the extent that the same is caused by reason of negligence of the owners.
(c) Cars are parked outside entirely at the owners risk.
(d) No liability is accepted for any loss or damage to Tenants' belongings. Any articles left by the Tenant can be forwarded on receipt of a minimum handling fee of £10.
- Pets are welcome but tenants are expected by us to to keep the property free of dog hair and paw prints and not allow pets on to the furniture. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets or any extra cleaning required.
- Tenants are requested to vacate their cottage by 10.00am on the morning of their departure. Cottages are ready for occupancy on the day of arrival at 3.00pm.
- Special offers and discounts are offerd at the owners discretion.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the cottages
- Except by prior arrangement, not more than the maximum number of persons as stated in the brochure may occupy the property.
- On the tenants departure it is expected that all equipment and utensils are clean and the property must be clean and tidy and free of dog hair.
- Every effort is made to ensure that all items of equipment described and supplied by the owners are in good working order; however no guarantee is given or liability accepted if any breakdown occurs. Repairs are always effected as soon as possible, although inevitably delays do occur.
- If the property should be made unavailable by an owner for whatever reason or burnt down or rendered inhabitable by fire or any other cause before the commencement of the Tenancy the Tenancy shall be cancelled and the rent paid shall be refunded. The tenant however shall not be entitled to any further damages.
- The tenant will pay the owners the value of all objects of furniture or household effects lost, destroyed or damaged beyond repair provided always that the tenant shall be under no liability for destruction or damage caused by accidental fire other than in circumstances whereby the act of default of the Tenant the Owner's policy of insurance is vitiated; any damage or breakages to the property, fittings or equipment must be reported to the owners immediately.
- Under no circumstances must pets be left in the cottages unattended.
- Pets must not be allowed to foul in the gardens. A charge is made for cleaning up dog mess.
- Debit card details are required to hold a security deposit of up to £50. Payment is only deducted from the card should the terms & conditions not be adhered to.
- It is a condition of booking that these terms and conditions are agreed to and the booking security form is completed and signed.
